An EverQuest reference, built from real play
Every item today, with quests, mobs and NPCs on the way. Start typing and EQStash finds it.
Every line an EQStash player's game logs is evidence about an item. The database confirms what it knows and learns what it does not, from real play, not from guesses.
Every named drop from Classic through The Serpent's Spine, on one board. It lights up the first time anyone loots it, and hovering shows who, when and where.
Start reading your logs now, so your finds count when it opens →Reads your logs while you play, finds your characters on its own, and never asks for a password: sign in with Discord, log into a character, done.
Download for Windows →Loots, merchant quotes, trades and kills all confirm an item. Where it drops comes from real kills, on the real server, in the right era.
How it works →Support and feature requests
Something wrong, something missing, or an idea for what EQStash should do next: all of it goes to one place. Changes get announced there first, and the people building this read every message.
What this is, where the data comes from, and what it can and cannot tell you.
Every item in the game, by name. Quests, mobs and NPCs come next, and one search will cover all of them, grouped by type and ranked by what you most likely meant.
Because everything in EQStash is a real entry. There is nothing to find that is not in the database, so the box completes your search rather than guessing at it.
It reads the log lines the game writes and keeps only the ones that match a rule: loots, kills, trades, zone changes, merchant quotes. Tells and chat never leave your machine. No addresses are stored, ever.
Join the Discord and download the app. Then leave the app open while you play: every session you run helps confirm and grow the database of all things Norrath.
Yes, for now. The installer is not signed yet, so Windows shows "Windows protected your PC" the first time. Click More info, then Run anyway. Signing is coming, and updates after that install on their own without the warning.
No. EQStash works on every server, and what you see goes to the right place on its own. Live servers add to the shared Live database, and each progression server keeps its own record, so a TLP never mixes with Live. The one exception is the Test and Beta servers: nothing from those is collected.
For now the fan developers cover the hosting, and we are deliberate about which features ship and in what order, so costs never balloon. Paid features will come later to keep the lights on: fun tools you can choose to turn on, as a subscription. What you contribute will never sit behind a paywall. This is a community site, the data you add stays open, and your local data is exactly that: yours.
A challenge on the Lethar progression server: every named drop on one board, lit up the first time anyone running the app loots it. Being on the leaderboard is opt-in per character.
Yes. Open Filters on the items page, add a stat requirement for Ratio, type your current weapon’s number, and everything that beats it is what remains. Add your class or slot and the list is your upgrade path.
On our Discord. Support and feature requests both live there, and it is where changes get announced first.
An item reference for EverQuest that works where you actually are, usually on a phone, next to the game, and a database that the players running it correct as they play.
EverQuest has excellent community reference sites, and this one links out to every one of them. They are also, almost without exception, built for a desktop browser: dense tables, small targets, sideways scrolling. Looking something up on a phone means pinching, zooming, and giving up.
EQStash starts from the other end. Search is one tap. Results are readable at arm's length. Item stats appear in the order the game itself uses, because that order is already in your head, and inventing a new one would only make you hunt.
The other half is the app. It reads the log file the game already writes and turns loots, kills, merchant quotes and zone changes into evidence: what exists, where it drops, on which server. The seed database says an item exists; a player seeing it is what confirms it.
All item names, icons, and statistics are the property of Daybreak Game Company. EQStash is an unofficial fan reference and claims no ownership of EverQuest content or artwork.
The EQStash app for Windows
One small program that runs beside the game. It reads the log lines EverQuest already writes, links each character on its own, and turns what you loot, kill, and buy into the community database. Free, and it never asks for a password.
Windows will say "Windows protected your PC" because the installer is not signed yet. Click More info, then Run anyway. It installs for your user and opens.
The only account you need is the one you already have. No password is created or stored.
Start EverQuest, log in, and type /log on. The app shows which characters still need it, with a copy button.
Close the window and it keeps reading from the tray. In Setup, turn on Help EQStash learn new messages if you want to help teach it the lines it cannot read yet.
Loots, kills, trades, merchant quotes, zone changes and the lines that name an item. Tells and chat never leave your machine.
Nothing you will notice. It reads only new lines, never whole files, at about one percent of one core.
Logging turned on in the game, once per character, with /log on. The app tells you when it is off.
Requires the EverQuest client installed on the same machine. EQStash does not read game memory or network traffic, only the log files the game writes. Nothing from the Test or Beta servers is collected. Updates install on their own the next time the app restarts. Releases and notes live on GitHub. Stuck? Ask on Discord.

EQStash ("EQStash", "we", "us") operates the website eqstash.com, the EQStash desktop application, and the Lethar Ledger (together, the "Service"). EQStash is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Daybreak Game Company LLC or Darkpaw Games. EverQuest is a registered trademark of Daybreak Game Company LLC. All related names, marks, and artwork are the property of their respective owners, and appear here under fair use for identification. Item, spell, zone, and character names are facts about the game, recorded as the game prints them.
By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
You must be at least 13 years old to sign in. Signing in requires a Discord account. We never receive or store a Discord password. You are responsible for the Discord account you use and for what is done through the Service while signed in with it. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you may remove any character you have added.
The application reads log files that the EverQuest client writes to your computer, and only the lines that match its rules (for example loots, kills, trades and zone changes). It does not read game memory, network traffic, private messages, or chat. It runs only on a computer where you have installed it, and you may uninstall it at any time.
The Service records characters by name and server, as the game presents them, and takes no position on who owns a character in real life. Several accounts may add the same character. Appearing on any public leaderboard is a choice made per character, never automatic.
You agree not to submit falsified log data, tamper with the application to misrepresent what happened in the game, interfere with the Service or other users, or use the Service in a way that breaks the EverQuest terms of service or any law. Images you upload, such as a profile or character picture, must be yours to use and must not be offensive, misleading, or aimed at another person. We may remove data or images, void credits, or suspend access when we believe this has happened.
Data derived from your logs (such as loot and kill events) is contributed to a shared database that powers the Service, including public pages such as item entries and the Lethar Ledger. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that data as part of the Service. Game names, item names, and similar facts are not owned by you or by us.
The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and is currently in beta. Game data can be incomplete or wrong; rely on it at your own risk, and nothing here represents official EverQuest policy. The Service may change or stop at any time, including the Lethar Ledger, which is tied to a time-limited game server.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EQStash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing.
If you believe something on the Service infringes your copyright, tell us on Discord or by email with the item and where it appears, and we will take it down while we look. This applies to uploaded images in particular.

Last updated: September 2026. The short version: we store game facts, not people.
From Discord, when you sign in: your Discord user ID, display name, and avatar image address. We do not request your email address or any other scope. We never see your Discord password.
From you: the characters you add (character name and server) and, if you choose, a profile or character photo you upload.
From your game logs, through the desktop application: lines that match the application's rules: loots, kills, group rolls, trades, vendor quotes, item destroys, and zone changes, with the log's own timestamp and your computer's time-zone offset. Chat, tells, and any line that matches no rule are never sent and never stored.
No IP addresses, for our own purposes: we do not record, track, or look at them. No analytics or advertising trackers run on the website or in the application, and the website sets no cookies beyond the one that keeps you signed in. No email addresses. No payment details, because nothing is sold. The services that deliver the site and the app do see your IP address to do their job; section 5 says which ones and why.
To show you your own characters and their state; to build and correct the shared item database; and to run public features such as item pages and the Lethar Ledger, which show character names, item names, mob names, zone names, and times. A character appears on a public leaderboard only after someone linked to it opts in.
Data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, in the United States. The desktop application also keeps a local database on your own computer, which you can delete by uninstalling the application or removing its data folder.
Like every site, EQStash runs on services we do not operate ourselves. Each one sees your IP address and basic connection details in the course of doing its job, because that is how the internet delivers anything to you. We do not receive those details from them, and we do not use them. What each service does, and what it handles:
Each is a large provider with its own privacy policy, linked from its site. We chose them for what they do not need from you: none of them requires us to collect anything, and we have configured nothing that would.
We do not sell or rent data. Public pages show game facts as described above. We share data with no one else, except a service provider that stores it on our behalf, or where the law requires.
Removing a character in the application deletes its link from your account. Contributed game events remain part of the shared database, attributed to the character name as the game wrote it, never to you. To see, correct, or delete your account and its profile data, contact us on Discord; we answer within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile and your private contribution record. The game facts you contributed stay in the database under an anonymous placeholder, attributed to the character name as the game wrote it, never to you.
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and material changes will be announced on the website and on Discord.
